Cancellation Policy

Clients must provide at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel a service and receive a full refund. Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice are non-refundable. To reschedule, clients must inform the Company at least 48 hours before the scheduled time, subject to availability.
