Zesty Lemon Cleaning Terms of Service for End of Tenancy Cleaning

1. Introduction These terms of service govern the provision of end of tenancy cleaning services by Zesty Lemon Cleaning ("the Company") to you, our client. Our services are offered in line with 'The Zesty Checklist', ensuring high-quality service for both domestic and commercial properties.

2. Services Provided The Company will perform end of tenancy cleaning services as per the agreed standards. This includes thorough cleaning of all rooms, fixtures, and fittings to meet the required standards for occupancy. For larger properties, a final confirmation call may be necessary to ensure all requirements are met, and additional costs may apply for unmentioned extra rooms or services.

3. Booking and Scheduling Services must be booked in advance through our website, which allows payment and booking based on availability. For larger properties, the Company reserves the right to confirm the booking via phone to ensure all customer requirements are understood, potentially leading to additional charges for which a payment link will be sent.

4. Payment and Parking Terms Payment is required upfront via card through our online booking system. Any additional costs will be communicated and charged accordingly. Clients must ensure that parking is available for the cleaning team. If no free parking is available, the client must cover all parking charges, or provide a parking permit in advance for locations with parking restrictions. Failure to provide parking will result in the client being liable for any parking penalties incurred, plus an administrative charge of £25.

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy Clients must provide at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel a service and receive a full refund. Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice are non-refundable. To reschedule, clients must inform the Company at least 48 hours before the scheduled time, subject to availability.

6. No-Show Policy If the client is over 15 minutes late without notice, it will be considered a no-show. The Company will then leave the premises, and no refund will be issued.

7. Satisfaction Guarantee The Company will re-clean any areas that do not meet the agreed standards at no extra cost, provided complaints are reported within a specific timeframe after service completion.

8. Liability The Company is only liable for damage directly caused by our staff's negligence. We are not responsible for pre-existing property conditions.

9. Jurisdiction These terms of service are governed by the laws of England and Wales and are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

10. Amendments The Company may amend these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes signifies consent to the amended terms.
